July Weather.

Here are the weather stats for July, these readings are local to my garden and are not Met Office approved or anything like that.

Maximum Temperature 35 C (95 F)
Minimum Temperature 8 C (46 F)
Number of continuous days without rain for this month is 3 days on one occasion between the 23rd and 25th. The most rain to fall in a 24 hour period was 34 mm (1.33 inches)
The total rainfall for the month was 156mm (6.14 inches)
This has been a very disappointing month as far as gardening goes with many plants looking worse for wear. With only 8 dry days out of 31 you have to say it’s been a wet and gloomy month with little leisure time being able to be spent in the garden.

Dick The traps I use to catch the moles kill them straight off so I don't have to worry about where to release them.

Basil Becky Thanks for the visit Becky, I'm glad you find my life interesting, it doesn't always feel that way to me.

Marmite We've had two dry days in a row now, I'm just waiting for someone to complain!

Becky Well Becky you can be sure its always a pleasure to see you and I'm pleased you enjoy reading what I write.
