Haddon Hall is a place I visited once, its near to my home village.

Jeanette
Next year if I can get a few more fruit on the tree (More than my boss can easily count) I will be trying one or two for myself you can be sure.Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07181200914575879730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8458988100990689523.post-84092014652276085672009-08-16T09:43:11.344+01:002009-08-16T09:43:11.344+01:00Matron

I had extremely tasty, but I must admit boring, pears in Leicestershire and that was as exciting as the fruit harvest got. I must stick to berries these days, and even blackberries won't grow here. Had been hoping for cherries off a cold hardy Evans cherry tree but a moose ate the top off the tree last year just as progress was being made. Enjoy that apricot!

LaurelAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8458988100990689523.post-78253515038366954872009-08-14T13:47:15.764+01:002009-08-14T13:47:15.764+01:00Gday Bob, That Apricot would be well gone "Ea...Gday Bob, That Apricot would be well gone "Eaten" if I seen it first oh so Yummy. just love summer "Stoned" fruits Apricots my favorite Fresh, Jam.Jelly. bottled in any form, with Nectarines comming a close 2nd then peaches.I usualy buy them direct from the grower or market.Jeanettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16993328454036416214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8458988100990689523.post-54520064509473328652009-08-14T02:15:20.874+01:002009-08-14T02:15:20.874+01:00That's a fine looking Apricot, Bob. You visited there when you hiked in the Pennines? I was not aware it was used for film making until tonight. I like your weather readings, they seem to be in a comfortable range.
..Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02982249173214655060noreply@blogger.com
